About Me
I'm the Test Automation Team Manager (L6) at Dataroid, reporting directly to the CTO. I lead a 5-person team that serves 7 engineering teams — covering API automation, UI testing, event simulation, and AI-powered quality tooling.
My philosophy: quality shouldn't be a bottleneck — it should be a multiplier. My team doesn't just test software; we ship AI platforms that create leverage across the entire engineering organization.
What makes this role genuinely exciting: at Dataroid I get to build a mobile analytics platform and use it to observe our customers' apps growing with it. The product team and the QA team run on the same data. That feedback loop — shipping the feature, then watching it light up on real customer dashboards — sharpens every engineering decision in a way that's hard to replicate anywhere else.
Right now my team runs on fully AI-assisted workflows: Cursor for test scaffolding, a custom knowledge base (dataroid-kb) for institutional memory, LLM pipelines for test data generation, and quality metrics feeding directly into team management decisions. The goal is simple: every engineer should be their own quality owner.
